As the boys basketball nears the end of their season they look to make a statement in districts hoping to make the state tournament.

“I think we will be fine if we make shots it’s tough to play well when shots aren’t falling”, senior DeShon Thompson said. “We can compete with the best because defensively we do the best against teams.”

The Patriots play Westside at Westside 8 p.m., on Feb. 22. The Warriors have a record of 17-5, being 9-2 at home.  The Patriots will have their hands full for the District opener.
