Artist Statement: I used Procreate on my iPad to draw this. I was originally going to draw the whole open laptop, but it was really tedious to draw all of the keys, plus I didn't think it would be necessary to the piece, so I used a picture of a Dell laptop in tablet mode as a reference instead. I wish I could've added some more detail to both the laptop and the eye. It was overall supposed to capture the idea that we're being watched while we do our work and that teachers can see everything we do in them.

Artist statement: Character design from Beetlejuice movies. Used colored pencil and lineart pens in sketchbook. Scanned on a flatbed scanner and adjusted the contrast in PhotoShop. The elements stemmed from the plot and base of the sequel.
